Is anyone a certified home stager through companies like stagedhomes.com. I was thinking that might give me an edge in my luxury market over the other luxury agents. There is noone certified in my market. It also might actually help make a home sell. Any opinions?

I have just taken the course and notified all my past clients and contacts. One friend called me to say they were working on a listing lead for me where the house had already been on the market and needed a little "direction".. I expect it will add to my business so try to find a course. If anything it got me out of the slow market doldrums.
