Thank you for helping to make The Language of Luxury one of the most popular groups in our Broker Agent Social community. Let's work together to make 2009 an Outrageous Success-the best year ever! Here is a place where you can pose questions and also offer marketing tips of your own to other group members. What questions do you have about personal or company branding, marketing strategies, web design or internet marketing?

Web Design.
I am currently looking at my options for a website. I know I want it to be informational and user friendly. I'm going to have our IDX on there so clients may search on my site and not have to go elsewhere. I'd like to have an areas for Luxury Homes, Monthly tips, Schools and all that standards that go with that as well as Blogging. I want my site to be a kind of one stop shopping.

Does anyone have suggestions for a company they have used and are happy with. I've looked into Z57 and Top Producer since they both work directly with the RE/MAX web.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions on the site, the marketing of the site and perhaps branding.

Regards,

Here are our suggestions:
1. Think of the user (Keep it Simple)
2. Avoid flash and downloads, people are on the Internet because it is fast, and they are not interested in MTV type graphics. Furthermore, it they are in an area with slow internet, they will click off and go elsewhere.
3. Look for sites that have an EASY back end, and look for an IDX provider that makes the search experience EASY!
For examples, refer to two of our client's sites, www.downtowncrowns.com and www.tanyamurray.com.
If you wish, we would be delighted to set up a complementary consultation, as branding and marketing is our passion, and our clients'successes our joy..
