Sharing your videos with the Community is easy.

As with all your posts please consider and ask yourself first "Does this bring quality to the Community and reflect me or my company with the best image possible?"

While the primary focus is to share knowledge and educate other Members, feel free to upload your recruting, product, and company clips as well.

While this isn't really the place for home listing videos right now, certainly feel free to present listings you have which are unique that your peers may find exceptional interest in: famous homes, multi-million dollar homes, etc.

Currenlty uploads are limited to five per Member with a maximum file size each of 20 MB. Most common formats are accepted and the system will convert your video to flash.

If you have a file larger than 20 MB, YouTube.com may take it. After you post it there, you can use www.vidgrab.com to pull your smaller file from YouTube.com then upload it here.

Videos are selected to be featured in our e-letter based on a combination of popularity, comments and editorial analysis.

As with any application, when you are logged in use the “My Apps” icon to access and create.
