Do the math....Cost Per Lead Next: Apply Six Sigma- Your speed of response, variance, value proposition, follow-up skills, ability to get face to face are all up to you, not the lead gen tool. 2. Consumer experience......Tiger has a MUCH higher return visitor ratio allowing you to see who is hit NOW. Proper systems in place mean Higher ROI with little wasted time or effort. There was a comment near the top that bothers me......"I'm not familiar with any of these but they are all the same" Seriously???? All leads are junk?.......CMON MAN!!! |

Out of 30 leads per month I have consistenly been able to convert 5 to solid contacts and at least one closing a month, but I do work the leads and follow up is key. |

I am not sure if any of our clients are on here, but for brokers we typically generate 40-50% of all their website traffic AND lead generation above any other program they are using. For brokers we are the ListHub syndication partner for Craigslist, which is also a huge benefit for agents as well. ListingsToLeads wrote about 1 month ago oh, and we generated 700 leads for one EXIT broker in Pensacola who only has about 8 agents on the system. They are referring leads to offices all over the state of Florida now. |

talk2jason wrote about 1 month ago We have had Boomtown for over a year, in fact I believe I was their second broker. We love it, my agents love it, the buyers love the site, we get 2-300 leads a month with 6 agents on rotation and have the ability to add more anytime we want more. One of my agents has a $750k contract set to close in March and another has had his best year ever and only works 2 days a week. Everyone of the agents has made good money on the system. Boomtown is constantly making upgrades based on what we want and with the new email integration and content pages (for SEO) they are rocking and rolling. I predict they will OWN the market if they keep it up. I would highly recommend Boomtown to anyone that needs leads NOW!  |

You can take a look at my real estate search website, its running on the boomtown platform. You do get a lot of bogus leads, but a good qualifying process will help you not have to waist too much time filtering throu them. -Good Luck Gabe |
