Sean Carpenter is the Director of Training for the Ohio NRT Companies in Columbus and Greater Cincinnati. Licensed with King Thompson in 1998, Sean led a successful career in real estate achieving over 10 million dollars in sales prior to becoming manager of the Coldwell Banker King Thompson Hilliard office in 2003. Sean is the creator of the company’s highly regarded B.A.S.I.C. Training class, and is a certified facilitator of both the Integrity Coaching and Integrity Selling courses as well as the Certified New Home Sales Professional course (CSP) through the National Association of Home Builders. Sean has been invited to present at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in 2007 (Las Vegas,) and 2008 (Orlando) and also was a featured speaker at the 2008 Global Management Summit in Jacksonville.
Sean believes that real estate is about three things; Building relationships, solving problems and having fun. He also holds the un-official title of “Vice President of Fun.”
