We work with Brokers to offer innovative strategies to not only retain agents but to offer an Exit strategy for agents that are leaving the business and keep the commissions flowing for the long term.

MGP transaction referrals ~ an incredible way to recruit and retain agents. The
Certified Office a lso offers their agents a formal exit strategy when they decide
to leave the business – while still keeping the departing agents business within

trained and supported on how to keep the referrals com ing and increase the
