I have been a Realtor since 2000. I began my career with an emphasis in residential sales. During that time I became certified to assist in relocation transfers as well as the special marketing techniques of the affluent market. After approximately 5 years I began to assist investors in the procurement, and disposition, of positive cash flowing properties (primarily residential rental). Learning more about property evaluation and investment planning, I came to enjoy the objectivity of the business side of real estate. That led me directly into evaluating the feasibility of other commercial transactions. In approximately 2007, I began looking for more to learn. I became involved in land sales with an emphasis in subdivision development and residential site selection. That grew into evaluating the timber (with the aid of a registered forester) and how to properly evaluate large tracts of timberland and other agricultural properties. I have also assisted clients with assorted "special" needs along the way: airport, wetland mitigation, Right of Way planning and owner relocation, tax certificates and deeds, dirt/gravel/sand pits, pecan orchards, and others.
