Service Description:
|
Started in real estate in 1968. Wear four hats, that of a commercial Realtor, that of a commercial appraiser, that of an arbitrator and mediator but the hat I love best is as an educator. It gives me my greatest satisfaction and pleasure. Have earned 16 recognized real estate designations and am a REBAC instructor. Have criss-crossed North America many, many times, been in most states and provinces for work and have enjoyed most.

I had to make a decision as to what catagory I fell into on this site and decided to go with the one that pleases me most, educator. Have the honour of being an advisor to a Canadian-Chinese Realtor group. Never understand all that is said but the food and entertainment is great. Been a good run for this Grade 10 drop out. Real estate is the great equalizer, PhD or Grade 3, woman or man, any religion, any race - it always paid the same and welcomed all. Love this business!
Have testified in more than 500 trials as a real estate expert in various topics and have been accepted by courts in various provinces and states as an expert. I am always working on litigation matters, agency lawsuits and am one of the few Canadian appraisers who deal with stigma.

Interests and Activities Outside of Real Estate:
|
Very active in community work. National Governor, B'nai Brith Canada; volunteer for Suits Me Fine program for clothing for the Centre of Addiction and Mental Health and have been involved in many charities over the years. Community work and charity are very important to me, but I want the efforts and money to stay here, not go to foreign lands. First one must get their own houses in order. Very upset about the living conditions of native North Americans. We send aid everywhere and reservations here lack decent drinking water. Something is very wrong with that picture.
